Returns & Exchanges
At Basera, each product is carefully curated and crafted. While we strive for perfection, if something isn’t right, our Returns & Exchanges policy is here to assist you.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with supporting photos or videos.
2. Exchange Policy
If there is a defect or damage, we will be happy to exchange your product for a replacement or offer a different product of equal value.
3. Process for Returns/Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange, please write to us at designsbasera@gmail.com with your order details and proof of issue. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
4. Refunds
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once dispatched, orders are not eligible for cancellation.
